Background Information Services Inc. (BIS) hosted an exhibit at the Food Marketing Institute Human Resources/Training and Development Conference held in New Orleans in September.  Attendees at this show were upper level Human Resource Executives who work for, or own grocery chains across the country.  The Conference is held annually to address many different topics that affect HR executives in this ever-changing industry.  BIS was pleased to meet with a number of attendees and learn about their needs, current screening activity and past experience with screening services.  Listed below are some key, non-scientific, findings from those conversations.
