We’ve been bragging about our “Unparalleled Client Experience” for some time now, but every once in a while it’s nice to hear it from someone else.  Today, we were informed that EmployeeScreenIQ was being honored by SmartBusiness Magazine as a 2010 World Class Customer Service organization.  Even more gratifying is the fact that it was our clients who utilize our employment background screening services that nominated us and provided supporting evidence of our superior customer service.

In a message sent to all EmployeeScreenIQ team members earlier today, director of client relations, Kelly Lucha said, “Customer Service transcends all departments. EmployeeScreenIQ’s commitment to quality and organizational values are ingrained in all of our processes that, in the end, lead to an optimal client experience.  I want to thank everyone in the company for their hard work that helped make this happen.”

We couldn’t agree with Kelly more and want to extend that same thank you to our valued clients.
