**Cristina Oligeri** has been promoted to New Client Liaison and is now working with our Customer Relations Department. Cristina has been with employeescreenIQ since May 2004.
**Aleisha Webb** joined employeescreenIQ as a Background Specialist in October. Aleisha has a BA in Organizational Communications with a concentration in Human Resources. Aleisha has experience in Training & Development.
**Alicia Dawson** joined employeescreenIQ as a Background Specialist in September. Alicia has a BA in Psychology and has worked previously as a Field Researcher.
**Christopher Rivello** joined employeescreenIQ in September. He is currently majoring in Communications at John Carroll University.
**Lauren Valenty** joined employeescreenIQ in October as a Background Specialist. Lauren has a BS in Marketing from Bowling Green State University. Lauren coaches high school volleyball.
**Micki Hejduk** joined employeescreenIQ as a Data Acquisition Specialist in November. Micki previously worked as Collection Supervisor/Office Manager for a law firm.
