Les Fishman, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Les Fishman co-founded EmployeeScreenIQ in 1999 and currently serves as the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, bringing over 40 years of experience in several different industries. His perspective has allowed him to set a vision for the company and guide the implementation of strategic initiatives. Les’ commitment to Total Quality Management sets the tone for EmployeeScreenIQ’s organizational excellence.

Les is a Certified Public Accountant* and is also the Managing Partner of the Cleveland-based accounting firm KPFF, LLC. He has advised a diverse portfolio of companies on issues related to operations, accounting, tax strategy, mergers & acquisitions and succession planning. Prior to founding EmployeeScreenIQ, he was President of Freedom Airlines and Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Airborne Express. Les is a graduate of The Ohio State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Jason B. Morris, President & Chief Operating Officer LinkedIn Jason Morris co-founded EmployeeScreenIQ in 1999 and currently serves as the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Morris is a Licensed Private Investigator in the states of OH, NJ, IL, AZ, TX and NV. Morris is a frequent speaker at industry events that focus on background checks, global screening, recruitment and staffing. With over 17 years of experience in employment screening, Morris also serves as an Expert Witness in the areas of background checks, employment screening and the FCRA. He serves as a past board member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). Morris was the 2005-2006 Chairman for the organization and remains an active member. Morris is the incoming Chairman of the Background Screening Credentialing Counsel (BSCC), overseeing the NAPBS Accreditation process.

As Chairman of NAPBS, Morris made frequent presentations to government agencies including members of the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. Morris has lobbied on behalf of the screening industry and has consulted with officials from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the US Department of Justice (DOJ). Morris' comments were published on the US Department of Justice website regarding pending legislation on the Federal Register. Active in community and philanthropic causes, he is the incoming President of The American Cancer Society, Cuyahoga County. Morris is a criminal justice studies graduate of Kent State University.

Nick Fishman, Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President

Nick Fishman co-founded EmployeeScreenIQ in 1999 and serves as the company's Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President. Nick oversees all of EmployeeScreenIQ's sales and marketing activities, including business development and brand building initiatives. Nick is the chief pioneer and architect of EmployeeScreen University, a first-of-its-kind online, educational learning resource for human resource, security and risk-management professionals. He is a frequent speaker on industry issues including: New Technologies in Employment Screening, Best Practices and Industry Trends.  Nick is also a frequent blogger on the company's "IQ Blog", conducts regular podcast interviews with industry insiders and serves as editor of the company's quarterly newsletter, The Verifier. 

Nick currently serves on the Accreditation Marketing Committee for the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) and has also served as the organization's co-chair of the Public Awareness Committee. Prior to his work with EmployeeScreenIQ, Nick helped Fortune 500 organizations build their brands through sports sponsorships including the Olympics, the National Football League, NASCAR and Major League Baseball.Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University and has extensive experience in the development of sales and marketing campaigns for both, large and small organizations. 

 

Kevin W. Bachman, Vice President, Quality Service
Kevin Bachman serves as Vice President of Quality Service for EmployeeScreenIQ. Prior to this role, he served as the Director of Client Relations. Kevin is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall commitment to Total Quality Service. He is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), serving on the Best Practices Committee. He is a frequent contributor and author of company white papers and other industry trends, seeking to educate clients on proper screening tools and the creation of thorough background check programs. He is active in several charities and strongly supports the American Cancer Society, Meals on Wheels and the United Way. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s of Communications and Master’s in Communications Management from John Carroll University.

Jerry Long, Vice President, Security & Technology
Jerry Long serves as EmployeeScreenIQ’s Vice President of Security and Technology and has been with the organization since its inception in 1999. Jerry has over 19 years experience working in the security and investigations fields. Jerry holds numerous certifications including Microsoft MCSE+I and Global Information Assurance Certification GSEC, and serves as a member and contributor to several professional and non-profit organizations including ASIS International.

Angela Bosworth, Vice President, Compliance & General Counsel

Angela has broad industry experience including more than 20 years as a licensed attorney and over 10 years in the background screening area. She has extensive expertise in employment law, government affairs, compliance best practices and policy initiatives. She serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), is a member of the NAPBS Background Screening Credentialing Council (BSCC), and is actively involved in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and ASIS International, the preeminent organization for security professionals. Bosworth, a frequent speaker and educator to the industry, is also a member of the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations.

 

Angela has direct oversight and management of compliance programs, and will provide guidance in complex legal matters including state and federal legislation, EEO law, client education, adjudication, pre/adverse action process, NAPBS Accreditation and client and vendor contract management. Angela’s participation on the leadership team allows the organization to expand on its commitment to best practices and provides a greater level of legal expertise to the company, clients and business partners.
