Introducing EmployeeScreenIQ’s Team of Bloggers
September 1, 2015
Raise your hand if like me, you are getting sick of the sound of my voice, or in this case, sick of my writing. I know it’s a rhetorical question, but I will assume most of you (except my mom) are nodding your heads in unison.
That’s why I’m excited to tell you about a new program we’ll be launching in the coming weeks. It’s time for you to hear from the other voices at EmployeeScreenIQ, those who are as passionate about employment background checks and about the latest hiring trends as I am. So, we’ve engaged some of our best writers to bring you their fresh take on a regular basis.
We’ve got an all-star cast waiting to give you their perspective of the world based on their unique experiences in and expertise of the screening industry.
Introducing EmployeeScreenIQ’s Team of Bloggers:
Jason will share his insights through story-telling. No, not the Mr. Rogers, put on your slippers and sweater kind of story-telling. He’ll highlight stories from his experience in the background screening industry which have led to both good and bad outcomes.
Kevin is all about data-driven decisions when it comes to employment background checks. He uses hundreds of data points to make sure our clients have the best possible experience. So, he’ll focus on the key items you can use to make sure you are getting the most out of your background screening program.
Angela is our ace in the hole when it comes to background screening compliance and the ever-changing legal landscape you face when operating your screening program. She’ll focus on keeping you abreast of the latest legislation, litigation and compliance best practices that matter to you the most.
Greg is our resident sales guru, but rather than wax poetic about how great EmployeeScreenIQ is, he’ll focus on some of the most ridiculous claims and assurances he encounters in the marketplace and how employers can see past the most common smokescreens.
Joel has been to the go-to-guy when it comes to chronicling the latest trends, happenings and occasional blunders in hiring and recruiting technologies since he launched his blog, Cheezhead, in 2005. He’ll tie some of that knowledge and expertise into how it affects those in the screening world.
Let’s face it. Words on a page can get pretty boring after a while. There’s nothing a great infographic can’t do to help drive a message home. Look to Alex to create compelling designs and graphics that highlight important background screening statistics, trends and happenings.
And me– I will continue to highlight the latest trends in the background screening industry as well as rail against (whine about) all of the injustices in the background screening world.
We’re looking forward to starting this new journey with you, but we need your help.
