We are pleased to announce that EmployeeScreenIQ has integrated its systems with Selectech® Hiring Management, the nationally regarded talent acquisition platform from ERC. The result is a simple, functional, time- and cost- saving hiring solution.
Now, from job requisition to on-boarding, human resources administrators and recruiters can manage the entire scope of the hiring process from one desktop interface. And with Selectech’s single sign-on, job applicants can use their computer mouse or touch screens to provide a digital signature for most hiring documents. This includes the applicant release form needed to conduct the background checks required by most employers.
Since EmployeeScreenIQ’s background screening services are pre-integrated with the Selectech system, hiring companies can now deploy any of the following modules, à la carte, without any integration fee:
